Roni and Randy Hicks have successfully provided high level restorations to dentists in the Austin and surrounding areas for over 30 years. 

Randy just received recognition for being a Certified Dental Technician for 35 years.  He is one of very few technicians trained in Gnathology.  He spends his spare time in his personal music studio.

Roni is the President and as such wears many hats at R&R.  Business runs smooth and steady with her at the helm.  She is also a 6 time Triathlon Medal winner.

R&R's son, Ted,  is a skilled CAD/CAM technician, and CDT!  In his spare time he rides for a National BMX Team.
